About the Association
The National Association of Kenya Investigators is mandated under its constitution to coordinate the professional conduct of practitioners duly registered and licensed to render investigation services in Kenya.
As a professional body, NAKI promotes professional development, education, and ethical guidelines for its members. It sets standards, protects client interests, and enforces professional discipline across the membership.
Working in partnership with industry stakeholders and government institutions, the Association creates public awareness of licensed investigation practice and promotes professional recognition for its members - a mandate captured in the Association's own working principle: absence of evidence is not evidence of absence - every lead counts.
We are an industry benchmark, demanding the highest level of professionalism and integrity from all our members.
We market professional services on behalf of members, while lobbying for the enactment of laws governing investigations.
We regulate and promote professional training for our members, in collaboration with local and international professional bodies.
We enforce professional discipline on members and protect client interests across every category of investigation service.
